During my work in agencies and companies I’ve seen how many people struggle to bring structure into their everyday work. Not because they are not disciplined, but because their creativity is constantly competing with the demands of organization, planning, and requested decisions.
And because no one has ever learned how to prioritize their tasks, how to organize their daily work efficiently and how to stick to timelines. Without a concrete vision and guidance there’s just chaos.
With nearly 20 years of experience in project management and consulting, I bring a deep understanding of how creative work can bloom within clear systems. How people in my projects get their spark and inspiration back and shift from stress into flow and into joy.

My Story
When I began studying media education in the early 2000s, I dreamed of a connected world in which we could exchange knowledge and deepen our wisdom through all kinds of channels.
A world in which the potential of digitalisation could be used, particularly in our communication.
I have a diploma in education and I’ve specialized in e-learning, knowledge and information management, communication psychology and marketing.
But when I finished my studies, there were no jobs in this particular field. I was about 20 years too early with my big ideas 😀
First steps in the corporate world
After starting my career at an educational publishing house, I quickly moved into the advertising industry. And implemented my knowledge of digitizing traditional products and services as well as usability and communication strategies.
I loved working with large teams for clients from all industries, the fast and flexible way of working, setting up und leading entire teams and building long-term relationships with clients.
And I loved making everyone involved in a project smile – and feel happy and seen.
My way to become a freelancer
What I didn’t like were the crazy working hours, the countless business trips, the pressure in this industry … The higher I climbed the career ladder and the more management tasks with great responsibility I took on, the more I longed for the days when I could simply do what I enjoyed most: coordinating teams and projects and working as a consultant and project manager.
That was the moment when I decided to become a freelancer and to invite much more flexibility, freedom and financial abundance into my life. Over time, this also gave me the independency to work from anywhere in the world. I love what I do, and that has a ripple effect on my whole life.
